Tourism in the saale region can sometimes be quite complicated. Gunter schramm from the buro planwerk also noticed this. "We had to do a lot of work on tourism, because it took us some time to understand the structures", he said at the frank saale valley strategy forum – but that should change soon.

Fruhmann& partner and max wehner from the landscape planning office team 4 are working on a development strategy for the nine saale valley communities (ILE "frankens saaletal"), "frankens saalestuck" sees the future as an umbrella brand. For the offices under this name a not only purely touristic internet presence and a print publication for the nine municipalities are conceivable.

The consultants want the participating municipalities to present themselves better to the outside world. A trade show and a job and career day should, in her opinion, bind the communities more strongly internally.
